We want our students to be informed consumers! So, prior to committing yourself to a non-refundable training package, we want to make sure you are comfortable with our process and feel confident working with our trainers. So an Initial Consultation is required to be completed prior to signing up for a package of lessons.
Training Packages At SJC or Virtual
After you have completed your Initial Consultation, the next step for many dogs is continued training with a private training package!
“At SJC” packages are for students who plan on coming to SJC for in-person training sessions OR for those who plan on joining via Zoom.
In-Home Training Packages
Follow up sessions for after your Initial Consultation to be done at your home or public spaces.
Tena is not offering full in-home packages, so if you are working with her for behavioral issues, this is not an option (you can find out more on this here)
There are a few requirements prior to purchasing:
1. An in-person consultation or lesson at our training center is required prior to in-home sessions. We want to meet your pup on more neutral territory first.
2. Permission from your trainer to do in-home lessons (and confirmation of being in their service area)
